Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and 521.chat. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
1. The service
521.chat is a private messaging platform: members chat, call, share photos and voice notes, and can send each other virtual gifts. Some features are paid. We provide the platform; the people you talk to are responsible for what they say and share.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live).
- One person per account; keep your sign-in email under your control.
- Some features may require additional review before they are enabled on an account.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
3. Purchases
- 521.chat offers optional in-app purchases, including virtual items and gifts for use inside the service. They are not money, don’t earn interest, and — except where the law says otherwise — purchases are final and non-refundable.
- A gift or paid feature is charged at the price shown at the moment you confirm. Charges are not reversed if you later delete a message or fall out with the recipient, except through the refund windows the product itself offers.
- Virtual items sent to another member reach them in full. Where a member is eligible to receive value back from the platform, any applicable processing fee, rate, and minimum is shown on the relevant screen at that time.
- Unused purchased balances are forfeited if you delete your account or it is terminated for violations.
- We may change pricing prospectively; changes never apply retroactively.
4. Acceptable use
The Content Policy is part of these terms — read it. In short: nothing illegal, nothing involving minors in any form, nothing non-consensual, no harassment, no scams or impersonation, no attempts to break or overload the service, and no moving transactions off-platform to dodge the rules that protect both sides. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, immediately and permanently for serious violations.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you create. You give us the limited license needed to operate the service — to store, transmit, and display your content to the people you direct it to, and to process it for the features you use (for example, generating voice-note subtitles on request). You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it fast and available but don’t promise uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept them. Questions: support@gfe.live.
